The emergence of teenage flanker David Seymour into Chinnor's first team this season is a tribute to the strength of the club's junior and mini sections.
Seymour, son of former Chinnor stalwart prop Cec, figured prominently in their convincing 37-7 win over Berry Hill in South West 1 on Saturday.
The promising 18-year-old has come through the ranks at Chinnor, while also helping Henley College reach the quarter-finals of the Daily Mail Under 18 Vase.
Chinnor's side on Saturday contained more home-grown talent in Alan Cawston, Conor Begley, Tom Whelan and Jo Winpenny.
In addition, David Goddard, Michael Bailey, Leo Westerman, and Anthony Lewis have all played first-team rugby this season.
Jon Brooks, the injured first XV captain, is another who has played all his rugby at Chinnor.
Add to this list Paul Volley at Wasps, Dan Harris at Sale and James Hewitt, who has already achieved international honours, but is too young for the firsts, then the club can be proud of their part in producing English rugby talent.
